This dessert is easy to prepare, you just need to carefully watch the cooking part in order to avoid the cream to get lumpy. The rose water makes it delicious and typical of Iranian desserts.

Ingredients
  1. • A cup of rice flour *
  2. • 3 cups of milk
  3. • 1 cup of sugar
  4. • ½ cup cornstarch
  5. • ½ of rose water
  6. • A small handful of rose petals *
  7. • A small handful of sliced almonds
Instructions
  1. 1. Mix rice flour with cold milk and, in a different container, cornstarch with a little cold water.
  2. 2. Then mix the two preparations in a saucepan, add the sugar, the rose water and turn on very low heat.
  3. 3. Stir the mixture constantly until it becomes creamy and thicker.
  4. 4. Then remove from heat, immediately pour the cream in your final container and sprinkle with rose petals and some almonds.
  5. 5. Keep in the fridge for 4 hours before serving.
  6. Bon appétit!

Ce dessert est facile à préparer, la cuisson doit juste être surveillée de près pour éviter de former des grumeaux dans la crème. L’eau de rose lui donne une saveur parfumée, typique des desserts iraniens.

Ingredients
  1. ·        Une coupe de farine de riz*
  2. ·         700 ml de lait
  3. ·         200 g de sucre
  4. ·         80 g coupe de Maïzena
  5. ·         117 ml d’eau de rose
  6. ·         Une petite poignée de pétales de rose*
  7. ·         Une petite poignée d’amandes effilées
Instructions
  1. 1. Mélangez la farine de riz avec le lait froid, et parallèlement la maïzena avec un peu d’eau froide.
2. Puis mélangez les 2 préparations dans une casserole, ajoutez l’eau de rose et mettez à chauffer à feu très doux.
  2. 3. Remuez le mélange sans relâche jusqu’à ce qu’il devienne crémeux et gagne en consistance.
  3. 4. Enlevez alors du feu, versez la crème sans tarder dans votre récipient final et saupoudrez de pétales de rose et de quelques amandes effilées.
  4. 5. Conservez au frais pendant 4 heures avant de déguster.
