What is your favorite grape variety (grape)?
As a single grape variety, to experience the flavors of a specific variety, I chose the legendary Pinot Noir!
The experience of discovering 5 Pinot de France (2019 & 2020) is absolutely thrilling.
The purity and depth of the fruit is common to the 5 vintages.
While young, the 5 Pinots each have their own character and creativity.
Methodology: I first thought of agreements that seemed to me to be straightforward.
Each dish has then been refined so that they blend perfectly with the notes and profile of each cuvée.
