30 months in small new oak barrels. Malolactic fermentations at 100%.
Dress: Bright yellow, fresh straw.
Nose: A floral bouquet of spring, pollen and honey ….
Mouth: WOW !!! slightly woody, nutty, and perry. An enveloping texture. A lot of richness in the mouth. Like a gourmet brioche. Happiness !
Final: I loved the persistence of these fruits and white flowers and the notes of coffee (sweet roasting)
