Terroir:  Terraced wines in the shape of a Roman amphitheatre. Gneis with lighly coloured silicone soil with limestone lœss.
Grapes: 89% Syrah, 11% Viognier | 75 years old.
Vinification Thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. Traditional pumping over. Alcoholic fermentation/ 4 week maceration.
42 months in new oak
Color: Intense ruby ​​red
Nose: A basket of red fruits and floral and herbaceous notes
Palate: Velvety and silky texture. A concentrate of aromas: Red fruits, soft tannins, balanced acidity, slightly spicy.
Finale: The aromas dance under the palate.
