8 months in small new oak barrels. Malolactic fermentations at 100%.
Color: Golden yellow crystalline.
Nose: Flowers and white fruits spring!
Palate: So many aromas !!! Intense and rich but balanced. First a freshness with a slight sweet acidity of yuzu. And come spring, with its flowers, honeysuckle buds and poached summer fruit. Happiness! A silky and enveloping texture.
Final: A harmonious, intense and captivating finale … Sublime, unique!
So young and so expressive !!! To buy urgently!
