Eglantier | Viognier | 2017 IGP Ardèche
Terroir Gavettes: Fine soils, complex, mineral wealth with a clay-sandy bed.
The vine roots and feeds deeply. The Viognier harvest is manual and partially aged in oak barrels.
Dress: White Gold. Nose: What a fragrance !!! White flowers (jasmine), white peach and herbaceous notes.
Palate: a balance between the delicacy of fruit from the orchards, the sweetness of honey and freshness !!!! What a delicacy !!
Would be perfect with Japanese cuisine.
How will it evolve after a guard of 2 – 3 years?
I estimate a price of 20 € -30 € for this rare old grape variety in France (the best known: Condrieu and Château Grillet)
Well tadaaaam 10,20 € !!!
