I can’t wait to discover the creation born of the collaboration between my first favorite chocolatier and my first whiskey (Japanese in addition).

Jean-Paul Hévin has created a pastry whose design recalls the traditional whiskey glass.
A milk chocolate mousse infused with cocoa bean, a dark chocolate mousse blended with 75% cocoa, a light cocoa cookie subtly soaked in Hibiki Whiskey, all on a crispy shortbread with hazelnut cream and dark chocolate.
