champagne palmer remi vervier

Remi Vervier, Managing Director of Palmer tells us the story.

2003, a dry winter, an early bloom, two jellies that destroy 40% of the harvest and the heat wave, gives birth to little grapes.
The juices are concentrated in the ripe fruits … The wine is thick …

But how will this singular vintage evolve?
The wines are loaded and the production minimal. Maison Palmer & Co, however, believes in the potential of this particular vintage.

The 1800 beautiful woods go to sleep for a few years. But for how long ?

Tested … blindly, every 6 to 8 months, it is unfortunately closed and does not seem to develop … The 2003 vintage will not exist …

Until this year, 2019 … The butterfly, born of its chrysalis …
