A champagne is more rarely vintage (5%) than a wine because of assembly of different years, to homogenize the imbalances of each year.

The DNA of Palmer & Co, lies in the art of assembly. The vintage is a quest for harmony and balance, a subtle association between the memory of a climatic year and the Palmer know-how. Hence the difficulty of creating a vintage during a difficult climatic year.
