First of all, a Grazie mille to Consortium Paris & Mauro Bochicchio, the founder of Cultural, for this exciting festival.
By adding his personal memories associated to tastes and the chefs, the masterclasses captivate the audience.
The festival takes place in a warm atmosphere, punctuated with humor, anecdotes and sharing.
I was moved by the generosity of Mauro. He wants to make us taste and discover the flavors he loves and unknown products.
Tout d’abord, un Grazie mille à Consortium Paris & Mauro Bochicchio, le fondateur de Cultural, pour ce festival passionnant. En nous racontant de façon très personnel ses souvenirs gustatifs et ses rencontres avec les chefs, les masterclass captivent le public. Le festival se déroule dans une ambiance chaleureuse (presque familiale), ponctué d’humour, d’anecdotes et de partages. J’ai été touché par la générosité de Mauro, qui tient à nous faire goûter et découvrir les saveurs qu’il affectionne et les produits méconnus.
Italian cuisine is all about heart , memory , family , sharing and local products. Pizza was at the center of the festival. High gastronomy seems to be harder to be understood than in France. I found the dishes full of both creativity and tradition. I was personally very touched by the Japanese influences of some young chefs.
La pizza était au coeur du festival. La haute-gastronomie serait plus difficile à transmettre qu’en France.
Les plats m’ont semblés, à la fois porteurs de créativité et de tradition.
J’ai personnellement été très touché par les influences japonaises de certains jeunes chefs…
