This tasting is impressive …

Chaired by Xavier Thuizat, head sommelier of the Hotel de Crillon, the jury made up of French professionals (sommeliers, restaurateurs, wine merchants, chefs …),
tasted 650 sakes, during a tasting day.

Open to the public in the late afternoon, I feel amazed and a little lost by the number of sakes to taste.

Gautier Roussille was kind enough to guide us with his shortcuts and favorites.
