Malbec is made by Vincent Wallard and Emile Hérédia (Quatre Mains / Cuatro Manos meaning 4 hands) in North Argentina

It has delicious ripped fresh black cherry flavours…

 I love natural wines. Each one has its personality. They are made with heart and full of the soul of the winemaker and vineyard.

 Organic grapes, hand harvest, farming, wine making and bottling. The different varieties are vinified separately, plot by plot…

Frédéric Palacios is working with the grapes created by his grand father.

It is such a pleasure to meet and hear the life story of the wine makers.

You can also get yummy Espelette pepper sausages, chorizo… Pâté from Tontons François breeders and black pork butchers from Gascon in the Tarn. 3,80€ to 8€

A shame ! There were home-made French meals in collaboration with the butcher… I could not eat lunch twice… Grrrrr

She taught me how to taste and spit the wine like professionals 😉
