The perfect fall dish ! The scallops are perfectly cooked.
Risotto with radicchio (Italian chicory) and gorgonzola cheese.
It’s soft, tasty. Rich but not heavy.
Rigatoni all amatriciana (tomato based sauce with pork and pecorino from Lazio region, in the south of Tuscany).
Very tasty and the pecorino spiciness is equilibrate.
Spaghetti with simmered cod / Spaghetti au mijoté de cabillaud
A delight ! It is like a light fish stew sauce !
An excellent Sicilian wine: SP 68 from Occhipinti Arianna.
Fresh, quality ingredients, smart recipes. Meats and pastas are always perfectly cooked (Al Dente !!!)
