Little Nonna’s interior design is very nice. Mttled furniture, Ganges green marble (the favorite color of his grandmother), patinatedwood, antique tiles and ingredients jars.

Quite skeptical at first about this gluten-free trend, I am conquered by the taste of this excellent, gluten-free pizza dough.
Light, crispy, soft at heart and digestible!
A recipe for a pizza dough prepared by the chef with a mix of different flours (corn, whole rice, half-full rice and buckwheat) of Molino della Giovanna flour from Piacenze (Lombardy, Italy).
Fresh pasta, al dente (happiness !!!!) made with corn flour, Le Veneziane (Treviso, Italy). Delicious fettuccine with scallops and chanterelles.
All is not gluten free but there are alternatives on each segment: pasta, bread, focaccia …
Indeed, I met a lot of Italians saddened by intolerance, which deprive them of pizza and pasta. Therefore adhere to the idea.
Lentil salad, Sicilian tabouli, a half-cooked organic salmon tournedos (a treat) and this hairy burger!
I was pleasantly surprised by the chef’s commitment to healthy and organic products… The drinks are also organic from juices, syrups (Maison Meneau), gluten-free beers to a 100% Italian wine list.
