Not enough chocolaty for my taste [but I like 80-100% cocoa].
The mousse is excellent, light, creamy and balanced in sugar. It will suit the palate which prefers not too full-bodied chocolates!
Soft, creamy, delicious but airy. I was no longer hungry when he arrived but quickly finished !!!
