The restaurant, Nola (Nola, a nickname for New Orleans) is also a celebration of Cajun cuisine and its atmosphere.
A suspended moment… Enjoying a cocktail in a cosy place, with a lovely view over the canal with a live jazz pianist and refined dishes.
In the kitchen, the chef Ryan Pearson (Nomad, Batard in New York) who created a gastronomic Cajun menu.
