Created in 1987 by Claude Lebey, journalist and culinary author, Guide Lebey is the reference of Parisian gastronomy.
Claude Lebey is an avant-garde and passionate about the culture of taste. He is the founder of the “Chocolate Crunchers Club”, “The Friends of Bistros” and the “Havana cigar lovers club”.
