Bar Néstor was created in 1980 by two brothers Nestor and Tito. The place is known for the best steak in town.
Unfortunately we did not have enough evenings to taste all the specialities, so for tonight it will be aperitivo: Txakoli. Pronouned “tʃako’li” and not chicle (chewing-gum) as Pablo teached us while pouring the sparkling, dry white wine from the Basque country.
After looking all over town for the famous pimientos de Padrón what a joy to find those fried green pepper de Gernika with olive oil and sea salt.
The tomatos seem fantastic. Les tomates semblent excellentes.

Tito with THE specialty of the house: The bone-in rib STEAK – Chuletón (Chuleta de Buey- Vaca Vieja)
Specialities to taste /
Tomato salad, fried pimientos de Gernika, tortilla and THE steak of course.
